Account and Sign-In Help
The PackageShare and affiliated sites are in transition to migrate user accounts with day.com accounts (Day ID) to Adobe ID, also known as Adobe accounts. The Adobe ID is used throughout many of the Adobe web properties and allows customers and partners to use a single username and password to access all the services.
Who can access this site?
Everyone with an Adobe ID. If you don't have an Adobe ID yet, create one here. Adobe ID is free and only takes a minute to create.
I have an Adobe ID. I also have a Day ID. How should I proceed?
If you have a Day ID that is different from your Adobe ID, there is no problem whatsoever. We suggest you use the Adobe ID to authenticate to PackageShare going forward.
If your Day ID is identical with the Adobe ID (same email address as ID), this will be handled automatically. Log in with the Adobe ID, and your Day ID account will be automatically converted and your permissions preserved.
I am an Adobe employee. Can I use my LDAP password to sign in?
Your internal LDAP password will not work on this page and should not be used!
Please use your Adobe ID (based on @adobe.com email) and Adobe ID password to log in to this site. If you don't have one, make sure to create one on the adobe.com Adobe ID page.
I have valid Adobe ID credentials, but cannot sign in? What to do?
Double check that your Adobe ID credentials work on the main adobe.com website.
We require that the Adobe ID account has been validated via email. If it has not been validated yet, you will see the following message:
Your Adobe ID email address needs to be validated. Please check your inbox for an email from Acrobat.com and click the validation link. After that, try logging in here again.
Note: If you use Package Share from within CQ, you will only see a generic authentication failure instead of this message.
In such a case, you should have an email with a validation link in your inbox (the account corresponding to your Adobe ID email). Open the email, click the link, and you will be taken to a confirmation page. Once your email is validated, return to the sign in page here, and try again.
The sign-in page behaves strangely and none of the recommendations worked. How to deal with that?
You might want to clear browser caches and cookies, restart your browser, and try again.
If you are still unable to sign in, please contact us by sending an email to packageshare@adobe.com and we will do our best to assist you.
