Existing Package Share Accounts Created on www.day.com
If you are a user of Package Share, who created the account on the www.day.com website before the switch to Adobe ID, you should create an Adobe ID (or use an existing one if you have it) with the user name being identical to your Day ID user name. Once you use the Adobe ID credentails with the same email address as your existing user name, you should be able to access the Package Share services without any change. Your Day ID account will be automatically converted to Adobe ID account.
You will be able to use Package Share services for some time using your Day ID. However, we plan to limit access to Package Share service to Adobe ID credentials only at some point, so it is highly recommended to create/use Adobe ID credentials to access package share as before.
Example: user Jane has an account, jane@example.com, on www.day.com, which she created before the switch to Adobe ID. She should create an Adobe ID with jane@example.com as the identifier (or use one if she has it already). Then she can access her Package Share account with the Adobe ID credentials (user: jane@example.com, and Adobe ID password) as before.
Customers With Account on DayCare Support Portal
Customers with DayCare user accounts need to create a new Adobe ID account as outlined above to get access to Package Share.
